Bulk Material Processing
The variety of products in the sectors of chemistry, pit & quarry, food, recycling, metallurgy etc. requires individual processes to solve customer requirements.
Crushing
Crushing systems are subdivided according to the mode of action such as pressure grinding, impact crushing, shear crushing or combinations of these. Usually the processing distinguishes coarse, fine and finest crushing or grinding.
Screening
Grain shape and grain composition, bulk density, quality and further product properties are decisive factors for most practical designs of the screen size and optimum sieving effect.
Conveying
The Products are transported vertically and horizontally, usually to connect the single processes. Process- and application-related specifications as well as the transport distances determine the type of conveying system.
Dosing
There is volumetric dosing, e.g. as product discharge from a hopper, for uniform feeding of the subsequent process and gravimetric dosing e.g. for big bag filling and weighing.
Separating
Due to customer’s increasing quality requirements special separation systems for the separation of uniform granules from contaminants such as overflows, double granules, dust, etc. are necessary.
Plant Engineering
Processes are modified and optimized when markets change. New processes are developed, described and realized. Specifications for the design are determined by practical tests. The planning is made in several steps, in a three-dimensional display.
